Day 1 - Meal 1

Now for a photo tour of our first Malaysian meal:

Appetizer: This crispy "cupcake shell" and was filled with stir-fried veggies.

Malaysians love veggies. I think this was watercress with garlic. Even better when served by a ham like this.

Loback - Famous in the Malaysian region of Penang; minced pork wrapped in tofu skin

Kari Ikan Merah: aka fish head curry; red snapper stewed in curry with vegetables
